The client's task was to implement a web portal to serve as a main point of contact between the property managing company and homeowners. Alongside with that a complete redesign was made for the website. The job also implied implementing renting revenue calculation based on zip codes.

We implemented the portal that replaced several systems that the client used before. The portal shows graphs and statistics and allows to see and download reports.
